The refund will be credited to the registered employer’s account within 14 working days. Do note that effective 16 December 2023, RM27 will be deducted for each refund request for administrative and processing costs.
Refunds are not allowed after the medical examination has been carried out or after the expiry date of the form.
The validity is 30 days from the date of payment. If the medical examination is not completed within this period, a new registration and payment will be required. Refunds cannot be issued once the validity has expired, and we encourage you to complete the process within the 30-day timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.
