The FOMEMA Online Portal uses Fiuu (formerly known as Razer Merchant Services) as its official online payment gateway provider.

A standard charge of RM3.00 (convenient fee) applies for all payment methods.

Fiuu is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, signifying that it has implemented and maintains stringent security measures to protect customer and transaction data, complying with the rigorous standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council.

FPX B2B is FPX Corporate for business bank accounts, while FPX B2C is FPX Consumer for personal bank accounts.

To review before making payment, you may follow these steps:

1. Click “Payment”.
2. Click “Show” to review the foreign worker’s name before you proceed with payment.

You may cancel the payment by following these steps:

1. Click “Payment”
2. Click “Edit”
3. Click “Cancel”

The medical examination fee for male foreign workers is RM207, whereas the fee for female foreign workers is RM217.

The medical examination fee increase is due to three (3) additional tests in alignment with the latest health guidelines set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

The registration fee for female workers is higher because it includes the cost of a pregnancy test.

Payment can be done after the foreign worker has been selected. You may follow these steps:

1. Click on “Payment”
2. Click “Show” to confirm the foreign worker details
3. Click on “Edit Payment”
4. Click on “Pay Now”

Do note that the payment is only valid for one (1) month from the purchase date.

To check if your payment is successful, you may follow these steps:

1. Click on “Payment”
2. Find the payment code
3. Refer to the status of payment

To generate the receipt, you may follow these steps:

1. Click on “Payment”
2. Find the payment code
3. Click on “Receipt” to generate the receipt for the transaction made

You can make payments for up to 25 foreign workers per single transaction.

You may request for a refund by following these steps:

1. Login to the FOMEMA Online Portal
2. Click “Registration History”
3. Search for foreign worker’s name
4. Click “Refund”

The refund will be credited to the registered employer’s account within 14 working days. Do note that effective 16 December 2023, RM27 will be deducted for each refund request for administrative and processing costs.

Refunds are not allowed after the medical examination has been carried out or after the expiry date of the form.

The validity is 30 days from the date of payment. If the medical examination is not completed within this period, a new registration and payment will be required. Refunds cannot be issued once the validity has expired, and we encourage you to complete the process within the 30-day timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.
